[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Courier delivered after 8 days

Here i am bringing to notice the kind of service on dot couriers is offering to the customer.
Document courier was booked from Ludhiana (awb#[protected] on 30th march for Tirupur.

After 5 days on 4th april when i didnt recd the courier and tried to located i was suprised to know that it is lying in Mumbai since 1st april and no body is bothered abt this courier. Somehow i pushed the courier and it came to tirupur off on 5th. I called the local office on 6th apr and they said that it is on outward delivery when i didnt recd the courier whole day, next day i again called them and they gave me excuses like we have a manual system i hv to search call me after 10 mins, Later again i called them and i got new excuse sir ji there is no electricity. Third day again i called them and they said there is shortage of manpower today plz bear sir. Finally i asked their off addres and i collectd from them.

Bloody hell no body is worried that courier is lying for 2 days . All are giving simply excuse. Since the courier was having important docs which i need to submit to office as i got late, i was slapped a fine of Rs 1000. Who will bear this .

If this is the service they goona provide to customers then there is no use of these non sense couriers.
