[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers Cargo Ltd, 8 / 42, Kirti Nagar, Industrial Area, New Delhi — courier not received for 16 days

I, amit Kumar, Address E- 8/3, Armament colony, has sent a courier having two Cds to Prof Dinesh Bhagat, at BIT, Meshra, Ranchi on 15th Oct 09. till date the courier has not been recieved and when ever i enquire about it to its branch situated in SAKAL nagar, pune; I dont get proper response.
