[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Very bad services -unable to trace the contact details and courier not received to the concern person even after 03 days from Vijayawada to Vizag

I never seen such a bad courier service ever in my life..........the numbers in your website is useless and no body picks up the calls or it will not work even..........its just a pathetic service which i call and the local address and phone number on your reciept given by your assocate is not functioning, What kind of services you are providing to the customer iam just fail to understand.

I need the phone numbers which really works when somebody calls, iam expecting the call or revert on my courier status[protected]
courired from vijayawada to vizag on 08/01/11 which is communicated that it is urgent and important and payed extra money for the same.As you associate said it will be given by hand with in 24 hours and now the date is 11/01/11

Hope you understand the importance behind that couirer, i have enough details of communication plz revert on the same if you really take my concern serioiusly...

Even iam from the hospitality industry who cares for the customers so you should understand the importance of the customer feelings
