[Resolved] Ondot Courier Services — Non receipt of my courier

I am enclosing herewith a POD through which I have sent a courier to Mangalore on 14th January 2010. The courier was sent to my aunt at the following address which is in heart of Managalore city: Mrs.Florine D Souza Casa De Maria, Souza Lane, Kadri, Mangalore 575 003 Tel: [protected] I had sent some urgent photographs of my young daughter. They were not the ordinary photo’s they were called portfolio snaps which costed me Rs.350 per each snap and I had sent about 6 snaps in this envelop. This was sent through Ondot courier. Every day I am making about 10 calls to them to find out the status of this courier for which I am not getting any proper response. Today after trying every day finally the Manager spoke to me which is very disturbing. He says he has given it to 3rd party and that 3rd party person is not responding on phone. Not only mine but many other courier packets are missing. I have to wait for 2 days more and if not delivered I have to take it as ‘IT IS LOST IN THE TRANSIT” . Earlier they gave the example as Makara Sankranti, then they said it was fog. Now they are saying I have to forget the envelop and think it is lost. I have paid for the courier to take it and how can I think it is lost? Is this the way they have to talk to a customer? Please help me to find this parcel as it contains very important photographs of my young daughter if gone into wrong hands any one can play with it which is very disturbing feeling for a mother. ondot courier services — courier delay too much

hello sir , i have send a courier to hyderabad on 18 th of sep but sir till now my courier is not reached to the destination and they are also not supporting me i have call so many times finally i wrote this complain and sir they just telling tomorrow n tomorrow. so plese sir support me ... i will be very thank full to you .. my awd no of courier is[protected].

ondot courier services — non procurement of my documents sent through on dot courier services

My important documents have yet not been delivered to my bangalore residence even after 6 days , I mailed it through ONDOT services on 12 . jan 2011 from bhopal [MP] to bangalore. My cons . no. is[protected].My calls are unanswered by the ONDOT services.Due to this delay i have incurred a financial loss. I want to file a complaint in court and ready to do all formalities until i get the compensation and satisfactory explanation. Please accept my complaint.They cant take their customers for granted, they have to be accountable for their inefficency.

Ondot Courier Services — Courier not delivered
