This is a complaint against services for my Airway Bill No :[protected] with Ondot Couriers & Cargo Limited
The courier was given One Week back (Thursday, 4th October 2012) in Delhi and it has been lying at their Bangalore office since Saturday, 6 October and has not been delivered to my recipient's address.
This is the second time we have faced such outrageous delays, earlier we had faced similar experience for a courier sent to Bhatinda wherein finally our recipient intervened and was talked with very rudely and in not expected manner. Our mistake, we trusted them once again.
After waiting for one week, I had called their Bangalore office today (Thursday, 11th October 2012) and was given lame excuses that Saturday was off, then the boy was sick and all and was promised that my courier will be delivered today.
I have just checked the status and it has still not been delivered! I had even requested over the call that the courier is important for me and my payments are linked to it which are getting delayed because of their casual approach.
Worst part is that their is no dedicated customer care numbers on their website and only one email id given which bounces. I tried all following email ids and all are bouncing the emails. I had submitted my complaint 2 days back on the feedback form link provided but no action or reply was made against the same.
