[Resolved] Onida AC — AC not functioning in Warranty Period | |||
Complaint no 682 Onida 5 STAR AC stop functioning on 02/03/11 in warranty period. Dealer has sent technician on 03/03/11. Technician registered the complaint at ONIDA SC. 04/02/11 AC Technician from SC came and took one of the part. Mon 07/02/11 ( Chetan/Kasim) informed part will come on tomorrow and same would be installed on 08/03/11. From then no one called back. Today 17/03/11 again I’ve called ONIDA SC – they don’t know about part, No idea when the specific part is expected. Very poor response from Chetan and Kasim of ONIDA SC.
