[Resolved]  Onida — not follow up on 15 days after many times compiled to cos' service center in warranty period

I was many times complain of my Onida Oxygen 29 colour T.V at Delhi service center by complain no.[protected] and Manual no. I8989 and also many times reminders for the same.

please action for soon as possible

I bought one ONIDA 21" CTV bearing Model No: 21Ultra SLim Serial No: 4001214 Dt:06-11-07 from my nearest Onida dealer, Maitri Traders, Guwahati - 781 029, Assam.
The remote control of the aforesaid TV broke. For this I had applied for new remote control at my nearest ONIDA service center Guwahati, Chandmari, Assam and the complaint no. is F/6/425 Dt:25-06-08.

Sir, I had followed up complaint many times but there wasn't any response. So I would like to bring your notice into the matter which is already delayed and I hope that you do the needful.

ONIDA 15" Oxygen — some key of remot controll are not work properly

i have purchased the abovr model onida tv from VAIBHAV REFRIGERATION, 6-7-8, ajitnath awas, beside mahavir petrol pump, rander road, surat on[protected], bill no.174. please solve our cpmplain as soon as possible. My cell no. is [protected].

i have onida tv mod 21 qi i forget passdword now waht i do to how enter passdword plz help me

Onida is really a third class company & the service centre employees are illiterate & goes on speaking lie everytime, I purchased a microwave last year in Feb, 2008, despite of complaining they are not attending the problem.

I purchased a 29 oxygen on 2005. I also renew the warranty on 2009. But I still facing some problem with my picture output. I also told the tecnician Binay kanjilal several times over phone but he didn't responded to my complain.. But he still not attending my tv. also I still waiting for renewal card of warranty. the details:
