Bad service
I had complained about my Onida Micro oven 25 L on First week of March 008. Now after 25 days of the complaint, i feel like cheated, insulted.

Nature of Complaint : Stains on the front glass door

History
I had bought Onida 25L microwave oven on 17th November 2007 at Chennai Saravana Stores. After some times it got stains in the front glass and menu display completely. But that time it was in working condition.
Regarding this stains we registered compliant in the customer service at Chennai (Compliant number: 66380464 and on first week of March 2008).

One Gentle from customer service came, by accidently he Brocken the front glass during his esteemed service

After that we used regularly call to the service centre and Service manager in adayar (Near to our location).He will tell one day and another day we will do it.

Last Wednesday (26/03/2008) another service person from onida came with a new front glass but that size is not suitable to my oven. Since mine is 25 L and He bought 20Ls

He told that the next day he will come and fix the correct one. But still situation is same

On Last Saturday March 29, 2008 I called service manager (Mr Chandra sekhar from Adonis customer relation Center Adayar- chennai). He said very rudely that he is busy now and busy with the audit .He cannot do anything the glass it has to come from Mumbai so it will take some more time. Now, After 25 days doing all the experiments with two service engineers Mr Chandra sekhar (service Area Manager-adayar chennai) is telling I needs to wait for 2 weeks, since Audit is going on.He is talking very rudely and in silly manner.

I am really fed up of calling Service Engineer again & again.

Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my Micro Oven problems.
Then I had one more request to onida please keep some able persons in prime areas. (At least who can speak in politely) in customer service as relation ship managers.

I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind.

in breif-------
i was yur dealer since 15 years and still doing a good business but as we r loyal towards the company and want to do business at the same rhythm but yur company doesnt want as there is no service engineer and no spares available at the guwahati, so to improve yur business please provide us with the complete spares, as because onida is an indian brand and providing us the wrost service.few cases r as under:

1)32 lcd-----------sold to a doctor of our town who was willing to buy lg but i sold him onida before 14 months at arround 55000/- and now since a month it is lying dead, because no spares available.
2)29 oxygen----sold to a reputed businessman of our town before 28 months and lying dead since a month.when the set came to us the service man told us that there r few spares defective and is not at ready stock and has been ordered to the guwahati branch so after a month the spares came and now he told us that the picture tube is defective, so u suggest us that how we can tell to the customer after a month that yur tv tube is gone def.

there r many more cases like dvd, stock cabinet broken.

I have one onida Tv modle Black. It has some prob and its not working. when searched in net for service center I found the number 040-23161296. He gave me 2 numbers and later on one more mobile number
first 2 numbers are 66833000 and the other is 040-23236464 and other mobile number is 9347129400 when i called these numbers are ringing and they have no curtosy to lift the number they are simply disconnecting the phone. I dont know the attitude of these people

I am Nakkeeran. I have purchased 1 ton A.C. about 15 days back. From the day one i facing problem. Based on that i have logged a call wide no. 56382347. Till such time no one has turned up. Daily i am spending more than a hour to get the service telephone no. Even after getting that service number i am not getting any proper respone. I am really fedup of calling. Service is VERY VERY VERY POOR. Hence i will suggest to my friends not to go for ONIDA products.

We have a front loading washing machine model no : WM5410 which is 5 years old.

For the past 3 years we were not using machine and it was kept idle.

When we switched on 6 months back to reuse the machine it was found that the machine was not working (only it was rinsing but not washing)

So we have logged a complaint with Onida Service center to rectify the problem and your service personal had attended and said that the problem is with timer.

They had replaced the timer with a new timer after two days or so and still the problem was not solved. So they returned back saying that they will come back again. But nobody came after that. So we had to call again Onida Service and two Senior service personals had come to rectify the problem and they again said that the timer is having problem and it may take 15 to 20 day time as the timer has to come from Mumbai office. We said ok.

After one month we started following up with your service, Bangalore and till now (it is almost 3 months) we are getting the response that the part is yet to be received from Mumbai office.

Now we are very much disappointed with Onida service.

Actually speaking we wanted to go for IFB at the time of purchase but somehow we got impressed with your product and we have been told that Onida provides a good service and the product also is good and all. So we selected this washing machine.

Coming across this much of problem with your service, if we would have known all these at the time of purchase itself, we would not have gone for Onida washing machine.

Now no other option than behind you, we once again kindly request the concern person to look into this matter seriously and give us the solution on priority otherwise we may have to take this issue to higher levels.

I given my Onida TV for rectification of repair to V Karthi, AdonisElectronics Pvt Ltd, ONIDA CUSTOMER RELATION CENTRE, 78/113, Venkatesa Colony, Vallalat Street, Pollachi, Tamilnadu, dated on 12/05/2009, bill no:5223. he charged me Rs1600. But it has been not corrected till now. I informed to concerned person through phone and directly in many times. but he has been responded me. I send a register post on 27/06/2009. But he was not worried. I beleive in the name of ONIDA, not others. So you should be given good service me. Thank You.

Dear sir,

i have purchase one ONIDA 29" TRU SLIM TV IN MADURAI. BUT THE TV IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING. ONE YEAR COMPLETED FROM PURCHASE OF THAT TV.

THE MADURAI CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT RESPONDING WITH THE CUSTOMER CALLS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE MANAGERS AND ENGINEERS ALL OR VERY BAD ANSWER AND NOT TO GIVEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I REQUEST TO ONIDA GROUP PEOPLE KINDLY FOLLOW THE SERVICE CENTRES AND WORKED PEOPLES. KINDLY GIVE TRAINNING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MANAGERS AND ENGINEERS OTHERWISE YOUR BUSINESS IS WASTE.

We had bought 21"TV from NIRMAN ELECTRNICS, 209, Satyam Shopping, Opp.SBI BANK, TADWADI, RANDER ROAD, SURAT. But after 15days TV Screen became spreaded.
When we complained about that they haven't attained our complaint.


So, Pl. do the needful in the above matter.

i din't see this before i brought onida microwoven; i brought it on 20/07/09 from saravana stores, till now i am trying and waiting for DEMO, they said tuesday, i don't know which tuesday?. wait we will see.

I agree with you 100%, & I swear that I will never ever buy or advise any one to buy ONIDA PRODUCT.


I have gone through the same problems with Onida Authorized Service dealer ADONIS- Mumbai. After 3 calls to them, customer care gave me number of service engineer, who was sooooooo... busy that he said will call me later... Which Never Happened!


One fine day some one from the ADONIS calls up saying they need to take the AC to their factory. The whole scenario is so suspicious, how can one trust ADONIS, as none of their responsible person co-ordinates with customers & somebody claiming sub-contractor of adonis calls up to say they are on the way to take the AC to factory for repairing.


I CAN NEVER TRUST. CAN YOU TRUST THEM???????

Hi To whom so ever it may concern,

I am extremely annoyed to get the Onida TV repaired 4 times in last 1 Year, With the warranty in place the technician does not turn up even after repeated follow up, I take a day off from work to set this problem but I never get the technician resolving the problem.

I had to visit them and ask them to come to repair my TV as it still has the warranty but there is some or the other excuse they have, they don’t have a spare parts or they basically do not want to repair.

I had bought a onida microwave oven in Trivandrum on 30th AUG. I was informed that I should contact the service centre for a demo. Accordingly I did. I was informed that a person will come the 12th evening fro the demo.
In the morning of 12th I made an enquiry to check his availability and there was a confimation. I did so in the afternoon also. The answer was the same. We made all preperations doe the day. Till seven of clok nobody turned up. When I tried to contact the service centre there was no response.INext day it was sunday.
Since I was out of station for the next two days I could not contact them. All these days there was no response from these people. On wednesday I called them and I was utterly disappointed as these people acted as if they are not in know of things. When turned rough the person said "let me check the computer to see whether your name is there". There was no response dot the next few minutes. The came the funny answer, sir our system is down. I will let you know about the position. I don't wnow what position she was referring. Has something bad happened to Onida? Mean time my wife had obtained a CD from my neighbour who had purchased a whirlpool oven. The whirlpool people where prompt in sending a person for demo there. I ask the onida people to learn from your rivals.

my father (mr.anil verma) had purchased an onida AC n dere z a vvvvvv big problem in dat . we had complained onida company bt dey dint took a right action . they sended dere people fr checking our problem . n dey sorted out bt after few days of complaint same problem occured dey came again n took our ac fr abt 15 days ... and now again same problem z dere n noone z coming to sort out our problem almost more dan 5 tymes i hv complainted bt no proper action was taken ...i m really very sad 2 see dere services ...

so plzzzzz take a proper action to sort our problems plzzzz dont trouble us ...

hope u'll take proper action

dear sir,
i m belong to gurdaspur and running consultancy office at jail roar near singh saba gurdwara . i purchased two split acs from A jay TV Center hanuman chowk gurdaspur 4 months ago and if aced two times the problem from one of them . i complated two times but they did not give me good responce and i m no satisfied with thir services . there is a mechanic name is Manjinder Singh whos phone number is 09872321323 did not work properly .imade him noted my complaints but he did not give any response and made lame excuses .he is a care less employee appointed by u in the above said office . i have complant with his services .he is a completely irresponisble person . i m going to infom u humbly .now i m facing same problem with the same ac .i called and complainted him 3 or 4 times .but he did not repair my ac . if my ac did not get repaired with an day i will take a lagal action againest manjinder singh and ur onida company as well,

i ve purchased onida micro oven conventionMD21CJS15S ON 31-7-09 from ADISWASWAR, MARATHAHALLI, it worked for only month, now it is completly not working, for which we have complaint to customer care several times but there is no proper feed back or response..PLEASE GET BACK TO US

I purchased an ONIDA TV 29", on 25.10.08, from M/S. Vasanth & Co, Chennai, Adyar Branch. Yesterday when my wife was waching TV in the afternoon, all of a sudden the picture went off the screen & we considered the TV to be repaired. We do not know what the problem is. As the Guarantee Period still exists I would like you to suggest your Dealer M/S Vasanth & Co - Adyar Br. to send an authorised technician to my home & get the TV rectified immeditealy. Our onida tv was working very fine and did not have any problems, but all of a sudden it has stopped working, we called the onida service personnell, its been now a week and the person didnt turn up. also it is very difficult to find onida service centres. plz let me know if there are any onida service centres in lucknow and ther contact no. and if it is diffoicult to send a person across we r ready to bring our set to the service centre.
Its a humble request plz do the needful.

I am Saravana Venkatesh from Virudhunagar, Tamilnadu.I bought a new Onida oxygen 29" TV in February month, 2009 in Chennai.After 2 months of our purchase, it was not working.we are having one year warranty card also.We call to the Onida customer Care, they came and checked the problem.In the meantime, we got shifted to our native, virudhunagar.Here also, again we rose the complaint to Onida servicing center at madurai on july month but they hadn't came.again we re - complaint to that same center on september month.till now no one had came to service and their response through phone is also not satisfactory.Our last complaint number was i 1033.I need a solution to this soon.shall they come before the closing of the warranty period?
