[Resolved]  Onida — Faulty Lcd tv stand

I had purchased onida 32 mms lcd tv . From the beginning the stand provided by the company could not sustain the load of TV and it was imbalanced. Eventually the stand broke and the TV fail down and the panel was damaged. I brought the fact to the notice of the company. After consistent follow up the company gave standard reply in legal terms that there is no design fault and declined to replace the panel costing arround Rs. 15000/- . I have photos of broken stand .
