[Resolved] Onida - Fully Automatic Washing Machine — Onida Service Center not responding | |
Hi, I bought onida fully automatic washing machine last year. It is still in warranty period and two weeks back it had some problem in its control panel. I logged the complaint with 'Onida Carepoint' (http://www.onida.com/customercare/carepoint.asp) who are authorised service partners of onida in bangalore. They logged the complaint (Request#[protected] but now its two weeks and they havent taken any action. They took the control panel and are now waiting for it to come from bombay. Even the customer care team are not responding now. Please let me know what else can be done to speed up this process. Thanks Sandeep Singh Was this information helpful? | |
