PLZ DONT BUY ONIDA RELATED PRODUCTS... 10 MONTHS BEFORE WE BUY A TWO ONIDA SPLIT AC'S 1.5 Lts. 50 DAYS BEFORE OUR ONE OF THE AC SHOW'S E6 ERROR COMPLAINT. WE CALLED LOCAL ONIDA AUTHOURIZED SERVICE CENTER. HE CAME AFTER WE MADE CALL ONE WEEK AFTER, HE CHECKED IT AND TOLD ITS INDOOR HAVING COMPLAINTS SO NOW I DO TEMPORALIY SERVICE, IF ANY PROBLEM MAY BE COME THEN WE CHANGE INDOOR UNIT. WE TESTED 2 DAYS BUT THEREAFTER THE SAME COMPLAINTS ARISED. AGAIN WE CALLED LOCAL SERVICE PERSON, THEY TOOK SERVICE AND GIVE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER. BUT STILL NOW I CALLED THEY TOLD ONLY, THAT PARTS ARE IN SHIPMENT WAIT, WAIT JUST 2 DAYS ITS COME . BUT STILL NOW THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION PASSED FROM HIS SIDE... EVEN I CALLED BRANCH MANAGER. HE ALSO REPLY SAME THING.. PLEASE FRIENDS DONT WASTE OUR AMOUNT TO SPENDING IN ONIDA AC. Was this information helpful? | |||
