[Resolved]  Onida Microwave 25l — Microwave door broken 3 months back till date no repair/replacement

I purchased Onida Microwave 25L oven in October 2010 .After few days , door lock of microwave got broken . I have complaint Onida customer care i think around 100 times till date . I even talk to head of Chandigarh department . Till date no one has come to repair/replace it .I am fed up of calling Onida customer care .Don't know what to do .Please help me out .
