Onida — Ongoing Issue Since 1 Year & Not Getting Support | |
I have an Onida air conditioner and I have been extending the hardware warranty on that A/C since 2009. For the initial 3 to 4 years I rarely had any complaint with the product but since last 1 year or so I was facing one or the other issue with the product. I have been registering complaints with Onida service center and they were not able to fix the issue.
This year(2013) in the month of April the hardware warranty on the A/C was getting expire and before it was expire I called Onida Service Center with the ongoing issue ( A/C) not cooling. I was told by the technician that the A/C has the hardware Warranty so they will fix the issue free of cost. The technician worked on my machine few times and was not able to fix the issue and by then the hardware warranty got expire on the A/C. I got a call from Onida asking me to extend the hardware warranty but I refused saying that there is an ongoing issue on my A/C that needs to be fix then only I will extend the hardware warranty. Since then I have been complaining about the ongoing issue but Onida refused to support me with the issue and over that they have stopped replying on my complaint emails also. I have all the written complaints with me and I can submit the required documents to prove what I have mentioned on this complain.
Please look into the matter as i am feeling cheated and this is a kind of fraud.
