[Resolved]  Onida Oxygen Color TV 29 " — PICTURE TUBE

Sir,
Now this is the third time i report my complaint..There is no reply from you.My complaint is that " My 29" color TV is under damage.I purchased it 3 years ago.There is also no bad climatic condition at that time.When i informed to my dealer, the technician checked and said that there is a complaint in the picture tube and the replacing costs is approximately Rs.10000/-.At this condition what i have to do? I complained you bcoz my old ONIDA TV runs at a period of 13 years with no complaint.
