Onida — delay in service
I have purchased Onida Microwave (Model no- M028CJSI6B) on 28.9.09.It had some heating problem on 28.7.10. It is still under the warranty period.
I have complained three times and the complain numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected]. On my first complaint, a technician came and told that a part named "magnetron" had been destroyed. Afterwards he didn't gave a proper response. So we made two more complaints. But no technician has reported till date. We have been calling the customer care everyday but we are not getting proper response. So please do something urgently.
