[Resolved] Onida Split AC — poor response from Customer Care and Service provider | |||
I have purchased ONIDA 1.5 tom split Ac from Rathna Fan House Chennai on 28 May 2011 they have installed after 2 to 3 days later.This year the cooling is very poor.I Called the Customer care and registered a complaint (Comp No:1206-[protected]) and technician came and he said they need to refile the Gas and it will cost 3800Rs. Now its going to be 1 month after I made the complaint.Still there is no response to the complaint and I keep on calling the customer care and no response for the same. Very poor service and customer care for such a company like Onida. Please help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
