[Resolved] Onida — LED TV 24 HMS - Terrible Quality (support base) | |||
This is a direct question to Onida: Have you ever quality tested your products before launching them into the market? What about sturdiness? What about customer experience? & What about product quality? Check the support base provided for LED TVs, 24 HMS - higly fragile, cheap and IMPRACTICAL!!! Will such a component provide a stable, balanced base to the panel - NO WAY!!! When such a product is delivered to the customer, it mostly ends up with a broken base - then the customer makes hundred round-trips to the distributor - who will gladly say "OUT OF STOCK"! What kind o[censored]nderstanding goes into ensuring that such a component is not a part of a product? My advise to all people: AVOID ONIDA TVs - 22,24 LED models - until the company improves the base! Was this information helpful? | |||
