Respected sir,
I bought a Onida TV on 23-4-07. It is just one year. It has been giving problem for the last 3-4 days and now it is totally off due to inconectivity with power supply. I got my complaint registered at Ludihana, Onida Service Center, and they connected me with Amritsar Service Center. Mine complaint number is ([protected]). It has been 5-6 days continously taking with service center (Amritsar[protected] and those peoples are really very careless, nonresponding, and even so rude to me. They refrained to give me proper reply. Even cut the call in running mode. After then i called Ludhiana, Service Center. I complained them all about their sub-service center employees are doing. Then i got connected with senior most persion Ms. Suman[protected] there in Service Center Ludhiana. I asked her about the status of my complaint. I told her that it is has been so long and ur sub-station peoples are doing so bad and nonresponding. I just asked her to give me any responsible person of this managment...She just like to give me number like she is not worried about at all and there is no one to ask them about their duties what they are doing and what they are there for? even so careless, so rude...In short i would like to say such Service Center should be closed or such stupid or careless persons should be washed out from customer services. I would like to ask Onida Mangement if they are paying them for doing nothing, or making their customers annoyed with their such stupid services?
