[Resolved] Onida TV — TV problems | |||
Madam/Sir I brought an Onida TV, Xaria LCD in 2008 Oct. From that day onwards it is having problem one or the other.When I complaint, they send a technician, he do something and it will be okay for a while ,then another problem will start. When this process continued I ask them to change the TV and give me a good one, because it cost almost 30,000/-.As a retired person, this is hard for me to keep on renewing warranty and changing things.Now allmost all parts have changed. But still now I am having problem I am fedup of this Tv.From the begning it self I asked them to change TV when problem starts,techician says let we try to sove the problem and they are not able is to fix this Tv's problem. My advice to your people is never ever buy an ONIDA TV. Their product and after-sales service is the nasty and worst one. My ONIDA LCD is hanging on my wall within 2 and half years. Its remote had to be changed two times. Now it is 40 days since the Onida technician attended my T.V. still the problem not rectified. They say they have not received panel board from Mumbay, which I am sure, would cost half the price of TV. If you have too much money and instead of throwing it as a waste u can buy this waste of ONIDA TV LCD & LED but otherwise if it is hard earned money you never go for it. It is not only me there are other people who are my friends too is of similar opinion and their finger too burned with this stupid brand.
