[Resolved] Onida — TV PROBLEM | |||
Dear Sir, I Had purchased an LCD Tv from ONIDA in Jan 2012 , After six month the Television started giving us problems. When we would switch it on we could only hear the sound however no picture would come. I registered a complaint with the Onida Customer Service Department on 14th June 2012, Complaint no: [protected]. They said the a technician would visit my place to check the television. After 2 days a technician came to see the problem but he asked me that the parts is not available and he took some screenshots and asked me to mail his mail id. I mailed him the screen shots in the same day but after that i did not received any reply from his side. So I called the service center again and got to know that finding that one part for the television was difficult as they do not make the said model anymore. He said to call in a weeks time. Did that and again got the same answer with a new addition "THE SPECIFIC PART FOR THE TELEVISION IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE PLEASE CALL IN A WEEK". I called them again after a week and got the same answer and this has been going. Every week I call them I get the same answer. Now it is close to 1 months and I don't see any solution to this issue.
