Onida Washing Machine — POOREST SERVICE IN AHMEDABAD | |||
I purchase onida washing machine on 19/07/2008 from Next retail shop in BOPAL and my miseries began.I do not want to write long list of problems but the latest one is as follows. My washing motor was replaced by them on chargeable basis on 28/03/2011 by Mr R Pathak with cash memo no 11166 with a verbal guarantee for one year. On 05/08/2011 the motor stopped working and I lodged complain no [protected] on 06/11/2011 but even on this day they are giving lame excuses as heavy rain house was locked technician is busy etc and call centre already declares complaint as closed because the technician bluffs that house was locked .My point is why can he not give me a missed call if onida company does not pay him enough? Further to the complaint dated 16/08//2011 captioned Poorest services in Ahmedabad for Onida Washing Machine, the neglegence has crossed the limit on the part of the service incharge.He arranged a technician and even though the wash motor was replaced by him earlier, he says that the motor under cash memo was not wash motor but spin motor!! The condition of the motor itself can establish that it is just like new one but they are not budging. iI had no choice but to enqire for WASH MOTOR.He told me that he will inform me if available and there no guarantee for the new motor even if available. I wated for his call and phoned him 3 times unanswered and lastly he cut the call.I had no choce but to give the repair work to outside party who promptly visited us and are attending.I would request the management of ONIDA to look into the matter immediately and adrress my complaint otherwise I will have to take other recourse including COMPLAINING IN THE LOCAL DAILY.
