[Resolved] Onida / Washing Machine - Hydro Shakthi Anti Rust — PASSING OF ELECTRICITY IN THE WATER WHILE THE MACHINE IS ON | |||
My name is KRS Adiga. I have brought an Onida Washing Machine on 11th March 2008. Before this, I was using a washing machine (BPL) for 8 years without any problems. We started having problems with Onida Washing machine from Dec 2008. Since the machine was within the warranty period, the technician has come and attended the problem. There were some minor problems even after that, which were attended by the technician. Looking into the continuing trend, the technician gave an advice to go for enhanced warranty card by paying an additional amount of Rs. 1090/-. I have done that also. Now I am facing the problem of electricity passing into the water while washing the clothes. This time, even after registering the complaint, no body is taking care to come and attend the problem. A lot of follow-ups gone waste. It is surprising and ridiculous that the company having brands like ONIDA is showing such carelessness towards the customer complaints.
