[Resolved] Onida Washing Machine — water inlet switch to be replaced | |||
hi i have lodged a complaint on Onida fully automatic washing machine.i have purchased 2 years before. while purchasing the machine the dealer assured that if any problem persist in and out of warranty period service will be provided immediately, but its reversed, the service engineer didn't turned up for the complaint lodged for the machine. we almost rang 20 times to the service centre that didn't respond properly. we informed the problem to the dealer where we purchased, for them also they didn't respond properly. we totally fed with the onida products (washing machine).i kindly request the higher offical to address this issue as early as possible. i bought the machine in order to reduce the work load of my mom, but with the problem of machine the work load of my mom has increased. whenever we contact service centre they have readymade answer that we will send the engineer immediately. model of machine:fully automatic hydromatic 60FS complaint lodged no:13DE1457 problem told by the engineer: switch to stop the water filling has to be replaced(water is over flowing) service centre : erode Was this information helpful? | |||

THE CONSUMER CARE HEAD ONIDA,Dear sir,
My onida washing machine top loading is not working from past 2 months inspite of repeated calls to your service provider in indiranagar whose representative MR.NATARAJ had come and assured the replacemnt of the board nothing is done till date nor he is responding to my call his number is [protected]. if this is the condition of your service than i will have to file a case in consumer court.
