Kindly refer to our discussion for the battery we never want to go with Exide Battery But your Dealer suggeted for prestolite battery and he said we are getting Batteries Prestolite Batteries from the company .
We had taken machine from your dealer and machine no BB[protected].We stay in Thane and there are very few problem of power failure . We have purchase 5 Apc Machine on the trust that we will get better services but to our great surprise nobody is taking of problem and only promise are made by your dealer and the company person .
These are our observation
1. we have found there has been lot of complaint for your Prestolite battery which your dealer suggested
2. we suggest you dealer to replace but nobody take care it reflect we don’t care for customer
3. we also called your customer care on toll free on 12/11/09 and it was told to us we would reverse back to us but no reply it means you are trying to safe card the interest of dealer as well the manufacture
4. we again given call you yesterday to resolve the issue and spoke to senoir person Ms Sudhira he also gave promised she will reverse back to me but agin no reply this clearly reflect your interest of safe gaurding there interest and not of customer
