I forwarding the subject of compliant which I already submitted but the reply was not clear. please kindly look in belowDear sir Mr... operation at Hyderabad ... > I am SURESH BABU bearing client id HIM0796 doing trading on line and buying shares. just look at my revenues to your company from my existence... I basically a CA by profession to introduce my self having extensive activities in so many field.. my respect was dropping... and to say all my intra day deals were rejected by the said ID branch of your organisation ... but I am only hearing cock and bull stories in your trade COUNTER ... from the the gentleman who is attending so far... Let me know in complete details of my ordered position this today... failing which I have to close the activities to safer my interest... I have beentrading for some time with this co.but in spite of numerous written notices the broker deals resulting in numerous losses of thousands of rupees.no one in the grivences or management cares to answer.pathetic firm stay away.online trading — Wrong Debit
Reliance has a call centre and they are just dummies who can just forward complaint...Not a single person from Relaince Money has called me for sorting out a transactional Issue, for a complaint given on 26th of Feb...Call centre chaps are just a mere shields...they are guys who can just guide on how to buy a share and how to sell the share on internet buit are not empowered to take a small decision...
I chose this crap over icicidirect as ther was a small waiting period for the later..but i relaise it was a mistake...
I thought i will give it another 3 days and see if these guys are customer sensitive...

I have opened demat & trading account long back for which i paid around Rs. 1300/-. My account is not operated since opening the same due to poor response from your Baroda Branch. I really wondering to know that your responsibilities to attend a complaint that I have raised on 3rd of this month and till now found no progress .however I really don’t understand the concept of a company like you ( Karvy) can do this kind of irresponsibility’s towards their clients. Please let me if you got any clarifications towards the same.I have been sending mails to tradeonline and Mr. Gopi’s since 3rd Feb 10.

Dear sirwith subject my complaint, your MY CLIENT id bearing no. HIM0796 OF himayatnagar br. Hyderabad. I here by placing this email for a valid reason for my further continuity of business with. Yes you can read my email where I had problem with todays online trading in the form of REJECTING my orders but whereas the reply I received as report of some failure has no meaning in it. please let me have details in clear or other wise please instruct your head of this branch to settle my accounts with immediate effect..
