[Resolved]  Orbitrek — Manager Mr.Ajay refuse phone calls

Hi,

I have purchased OrbiTrek Elite 9 Months back, I have given a complaint 4 days back regarding the Assemble and footrest pedal nut should be damage and missing I have follow-up 5 times till now this has not resolved. Whenever I'm calling they are saying today definitely we Will send the Technicians but they are not sending every time this is only happening. I have talked 2 times their staff at Chennai office also but till now they did not solved the problem.then i asked to give Manager Mr.Ajay,but he refused to talk with me,

I strongly suggest please do not buy this product if you buy they will deliver the product very fast but after that service is very very worst there is no proper response for service really I'm very frustrated with them. Please beware of this product they are giving so many Advertisement's in all popular TV Channels.

I was 64kg now I reduces to 60kg, good product with good advantages.
