Hello to all investors in Pal Infrastructure & Developers, Faridabad.
I had invested nearly 8 Lacs in Pal Group in Sec 78 during[protected]. The builder had cheated us. Pal group is not concerned about construction & thereafter allotment. All o[censored]s should join constructively with positive attitude in order to recover our hard earned money from the cheater.Cases in consumer court & criminal cases may be filed. The builder has tied up with property dealers. Property dealers are involved in this episode. We should hire an Advocate on contract basis & shall share amongst us.

Hello friends, i am sorry to say that your comments about this group is spot on and i am in the same boat as all of you. We should take action against such non-commited builders who has been cheating us and using a non approachable line and tone of discussion.All the cheques given to me have bounced and seems like these guys dont care about the law.Please contact me, My number is [protected]

I had invested 8 lacs in Pal Group in Sec 78 during[protected] & they haven't started the construction. everytime they used to say next month we will be starting it. I am in the same boat. I have a 3 br room. Not much progress. Builder is very unresponsive. If you know of other allottees then please get back to me. I will start a forum and help to take them to court.

The opinion expressed by indivisuals is true. Pal group has the nexus with the property dealers. They are simply cheaters. They work to be completed by now is not done. PAL is totally non comitted builder and not helpinh their customers to get out of this problem. Either they should speed up the sork at site, complete work in 12 months to set benchmark rather than going as per builder buyer aggreement and taking 3 years more.

We should jointly held legal proceedings against PAL infrastructure & Developers Pvt LTD Sector-89 Faridabad allotes of flats in various Towers.I am alloted in Tower D groud floor but so far no letter for handing the possession.
