[Resolved]  Pan Card — I have not receive my PAN card

I apply for PAN card on 9th feb 2008.my pan card was release but recently my address is change and i also inform to Income tax department, Ahmedabad Branch. My acknowledgment No. [protected].

so pls do the needful for send PAN card on My new Address.My new address is below:

Dear Sir,

I have lost my pan card No-AQRPP5490N. So i have applied for the new card before 15 days back. I have attached the FIR report, earlier PAN card copy, residence proof and paid the required fees at Axis Bank, Sec-17C, Chandiigarh.

Till date i have not recieved the new pan card. So you are therefore requsted to please arrange to send the same on urgent basis.
