[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card missing

My self K.SUBBULAKSHMI my pancard is missing ON[protected]. My PAN card number is BIJPS5757A. sir can you please tell me what is the procedure to get a duplicate PANCARD.This is humble request to you please do needfull for this. I hope you will surely respond of this mail.
