[Resolved]  Pan Card — THEFT OF ATM / PAN CARD & CASH RUPEES OF 5,000 FROM RTC Bus Koti Complaint,

Dear Sir,

i am sirisha, i lost my Purse in RTC Koti Bus (ameerpet to raj bhavan road), On[protected]:20am i am going to raj bhavan road.
Somebody has taken out purse from my hand bag. It contain my sbi debit cum ATM card, PAN Card , some other important id cards & 5,000 rupees as cash,Immediately i have blocked ATM card but may be the people misuse my PAN card so, request to recover it as soon as possible all the things.

My PAN card no. is BJVPM7202H . Pl. note my complaint so that any one can't use it


I am a resident of Ameerpet, and my Address is:
Maheswarapuram, sreeparru post, eluru mandal,west godavari dist.


Please Resister my complaint so that if any body mis-use of my documents.

Rtc — loss of PAN CARD

I lost my PAN CARD on 25.2.2009 at vinjamur of Nellore Dist. of Andhra Pradesh

Kindly issue the duplicate pan card.

Subject: Theft of SBI ATM card, PAN card & other ID cards from Ellisbridge, from GANPATI temple, code 380006, Ahmedabad.

Myself Arpita Solanki, from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I have lost my SBI shopping card, PAN card (CJPPS4484L) and Election card, mediclaim card plus Hard cash Approx 1200/-.
I have blocked my SBI debit card. but i am concerned about my PAN card, Election card, Mediclaim card misuse.
I request you to recover or blocking PAN card with no. CJPPS4484L.

My self Renu Sharma .My purse has been theft by someone near iffco chock gurgaon.I have been blocked my all ATM card.I have also lost my pancard(CKRPS9539R) and voterid card.Kindly avoid the miss use of them.
