[Resolved]  Pan Card, Income Tax Department. — wrong entry of surname on my pan card

There is a wrong entry of my sir name on my pan card. It has been written as saidireddy N, instead of Saidireddy.M . So please rectify it as Saidireddy.M.

wrong entry of sir name on my pan card

There is a wrong entry of my SURNAME on my pan card. My Correct Name
is VANGA SAMRAJYAM, But entry on PAN CARD is SAZMRAJYAM
SAMRAJYAM. I have Attached my proofs with UTI PAN Application Form, I
have applied Pan Card Date on[protected], Application No:54389070,
Coupon No:[protected] PAN CARD Status is NULL, . So please rectify it.
