[Resolved]  Pantel.in — Tablet not received after payment

I have bookent for a t pad 701R and my booking ID is PENT0047520. I got an email from the company to make the payment in Punjab National Bank and they will dispatch the product within 96 hours after realising the amount. I have made the payment of Rs.3275 on 07.05.2012 and I have received an email from the company on 08.05.2012 that the amount is credited in their bank account. But till (after 19 days the product is not despatched. When I am calling to the company numbers, all the numbers are busy or not attending. Once they picked the phone the person who picked the phone told me that he is not liable to give the despatch details and told me to call to customer care. When calling to customercare numbers no executive will be available. The only result is the customers phone bill will increase by holding the phone. When sending queries through emails, after sending 4 or 5 emails they will answer for one and the answer will be " the product will send soon". This is a serious issue that the company is not paying any interest for despatching the product after the realisation of the amount and not responding properly to the customers questions.

Its right I am also facing the same problem, the way customer care not responding is irritating, we have to file a complaint

Its right i am also facing the same problem, i have done the payment on 14th May 2012 but till now i have not get my tablet .so i think that we have raise the complain against Pantel Technologies in consumer court .so that they can no the value & power of the customer.

I have made the payment of Rs.3750 on 14.05.2012 and I have not received any email from the company that the amount is credited in their bank account.when ever i am asking them to give me the confirmation mail regarding the payment received they are OK we will give but your amount is credited in our account bank given us the confirmation u don;t worry we are saying u Na that amount is credited. This is a serious issue that the company is not paying any interest for despatching the product after the realisation of the amount and not responding properly to the customers questions.from the last week i am asking them that my product is dispatched or not they are saying that we have dispatched your product on Thursday evening through GATI Courier & u will get it within 3 to 4 days. when i am asking them to provide me the Docket number which Gati has provided to u .they are saying that we will mail to u.but till now i have not get any single mail from Pantel side non of payment confirmation & non of Dispatched confirmation mail.today i have asked them again for the confirmation mail for Payment & Dispatched confirmation mail .i asked them that if i will not get this mail today i go to consumer court then also they saying today we will give the confirmation mail .but they have no Reaction that customer is going to file the complain against the company in consumer court . Please help me what to Do.

Jeepesh, try contacting them on twitter, they are responding there quite quickly and the issue would be resolved soon. I got my tab some days back and its working perfectly fine and no errors have been found so far. all the best.
