Dear Sir,

I have applied for my passport 5th November 2008 to Passport Office, Bhubaneswar and police enquiry has been done on December 2008 from my local Police Station. Thereafter, I am getting a stereotyped online status reply i.e. "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined " since last 3-4 months which is embarassing and for the Police report, I am helpless to do anything. Please help me by obtaining the police report & issue the Passport soon since I am urgently in need of it.Below are my passport details.

i have applied for my passport on june 2010 from Baripada to Passport Office, Bhubaneswar and police enquiry has been done from my local Police Station.After enquiry it hasbeen dispatch to passport office Bhubanesawar on 13th sep.2010, dispatch document no.is 2779/13.9.10. sir please be kind & solve this problem as soon as posible. Now i am helpless to do anything.

But i checked before 15 days back my status had police varification clear and passport will dispatch before 19 th / jan/ 2011, but
now my status like See PRO on any working day between 10.00 am and 12.30 p.m. for clarification of the mentioned bjection .

At the time of submission the application form you have to checked all my documents, then what is your mentioned

Dear Sir/madam,

mu friend was applied passport on dated 21-09-2010 File Reference Number : BHU-A024815-10. The internet is showing the Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined. local police sation and SP office told us they are send back report to BBSR Passport office and the repost has no disputated . I would like to know what happen in this passport.

Please try to understand that it is urgent for some one.

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I have applied for passport on Dt. 09-08-2010. The police verification has been completed on 1st week of December 2010. But when I am checking my Passport Status through Official Website I am getting report like "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined".

Is there anyone who can help me out in this regard? Shall I cancel my application and apply for a fresh one or I will receive in the same application I had applied & for which the verification has been completed. Please help me in this regards, I will be thankful to you.

I had applied for the passport in the regional office of Ghaziabad, UP vide file number:-

GZB-A025013-10. I am a resident of Meerut but my native place is Lucknow. It has been one year

since and I haven't received even my first local(Meerut) inquiry as well as my native

place(Lucknow) .i had received all inquires...constable also came to my home, i also received

phone inquiry.All verifications were completed for both(Meerut and Lucknow) of them. I am afraid

it is going to take long time for the same.

Now I have visited to Passport Office on starting week of March due to call of PRO and met PRO

person (Smt Shashi Bala Sdhana).She told me that you will get the passport with in 10 days and

now its more than one months but i haven't received it yet.

I kindly request you to consider my case so that i can get my passport as soon as possible

i had applied for my passport in your office camp at berhmpur Dist:-ganjam on 23-04-2-011 and it was a tatkal camp organised by your passport office and the commitment was 30 to issued the same but matter of regret no initiation has been taken place till date and i am fully dissatisfied with the reason mention in the status table
