[Resolved]  Passport Office — passport not received

Dear Sir/Madam,
25 days before i was checking my passport status that times status report was showing that, your police report is clear and report in order, passport will despatch before 28th August 2009, but today its showing information wrong or information not found. so, may i know what is the problem?

I had applied for the passport of my 2 yr old Son on 10th of May'08 in Delhi. File reference number is Z033803. Its been alomost 2 and a half months we have still not received.

Police verification was also done long back and is clear. Their website shows the same status since long " Police Report is clear. Application is under process"

Pls suggest what can be done...

I have applied for passport on 15 Sept 08 and the Police verification was performed on 10 Oct 08 by a Police official from Kamla Nagar(Kotra) thana, Bhopal.I have checked the status of my application number A021926 on your website and it shows that Police report is not still pending. Requesting you to please guide me what needs to be done and whom to contact to get the status of my police report. Hoping for a quick response.

Usually in website information updates are is delayed as it is a manual entry process, if you call passport office probably they'll look in the website and tell you the same thing. I suggest you wait for some more time if not urgent, or visit directly to passport office.

I am SONIA D/o SH.VIJAY KUMAR .I have applied fresh passport.The passport application submitted to the regional passport office JALLANDAR PUNJAB under the reference no.F017342 dated 21st october 2008 The police verification for the said application also completed by the police authority and subbmitted to the passport authority.but till i am waiting for my passport please show me the status report of my file

YESTERDAY, I HAVE TALKED OVER TELEPHONE WITH MR.BALWANT SINGH, HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS ALREADY SENT MY DOCUMENTS, BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PASSPORT. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER. AS I HAVE TO GET MY VISA FROM SOME GULF COUTRY WHERE I HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR THE JOB. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY.

My name is Sonia Pathak and I had applied for the passport on 4th April 2008 and all the inquries are complete and positive but still i have not received the passport as my husbands and my sons passport is received as they were also applied the same day. I have applied for a job in the Gulf but due to the passport no. not available i cannot complete the form .

Why do i have to suffer due to ur failures.
Secondly, My date of birth is written wrongly in the status enquiry online system.

i khaja ahmeduddin state that i subbmet my passport on 2nd sep 2008. But till now i havent received my passport.my key no is [protected]. So please issue me the passport as soon as possible for that i will be remain greatful of you.

My File Reference Number is JPR - A[protected] and Application Date is[protected].

The online passport status is showing from more than one month " It is regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ".

Plz look in to the matter urgently.
