[Resolved]  Passport Office Delhi — non receipt of passport

I have applied for the passport on 04.08.2008, my file No. is DLH-Z[protected] .
From the last two month when I am enquiring for my passport in internet it
is showing that "Police Report is clear. Application is under process"
Plz ask the concern dept. as I required my passport on urgent basis, so that I
can apply for overseas jobs, I also mail to different dept. but they dont response

I have applied for the passport which was ready for delivery in July 2007. In the meanwhile I was transferred to Jammu and now again transferred to Adampur Doaba. Presently I am working with Syndicate Bank as Sr Branch Manager, at Adampur Doaba -144102.

My File no is Z 092998 dated 12/05/2007 with Key no [protected]/DPC Nehru Place.


I have written number of times to the Delhi passport office for delivery at my current address. More over I am working in a Nationalised Bank. But there is no response till date from the officials. I have also written to RTI from where my application is twice returned by Sh Bidhi Chand, Deputy Passport Officer (CPV-RTI) & central public information officer mentioning that I have written the name of the office to whom I have deposited the application. Sir in Govt Department application is not submitted to the individual person but to the department and I have submitted the application to the Delhi Passport office, at BHIkajicama Place, but there is no response of the higherups also.


I wish to request you again by this mode, to make arrangement to deliver my passoport which is not delivered to me from the last two years.

Sir, in my passport status ( Delhi) (z 095946)it is showing that PASS PORT DISPATCHED TO YOU HAS BEEN RETURNED UNDELIVERED ON 28 SEP 10.
What should I do to get my passport. Please give any contact no and suggestion..!

With due respect I would like to submit that I have submitted my application no. D003110 dated 30.07.2010, to issue the passport due to loss of passport.
My earlier passport no. E 6088835 has been issued from Jaipur and I came back from Munich on Emergency Certifice no. 518767.
I have visited the passport office Delhi several times to get the passport.
Finally in the first week of September I have met Mr. Verma and PRO. Mr. Verma assured me to get the passport by 10th of September.
Then I have checked the status on the website and came to know that PRO wants to meet me and again then I went to the passport office
in third week of September, there they asked me to wait for 10 days due to non receipt of Emergency Certificate from Jaipur. I requested them to
atleast send the application to Jaipur office to send the EC back to Delhi.

I have contacted the Jaipur RPO through phone but no response as they are not entertaining this at all.

Till now, I have not received the passport.

You are requested to look into the matter as I need the passport urgently due to travel reasons.
