Delay in passport issue for my kids
Respected Sir,
As on[protected] we have applied for passports for my kids and on[protected] itself police inquiry has been completed but we haven't received their passports. We able to see their status thru online is others. Could you please look into this issue and do needful.

I applied for passport on 11th October, 2008. (File No.HYDZ[protected] But still no Policy Inquiry has been done. Could you please update me about the status of my application.

My kids passports are despatched on 23-3-11 from the passport office, not yet received by us.Kindly persue the issue.

The Hyderabad Passport Office, is the worst in the country. Managed by inefficient Regional Passport Officer, DPO, APO, PRO and corrupt officials. Even people applying thru tatkal dont get passport and are treated by these badly, even though money has been collected in full and assured that the passport will be received within 10 days. Every thing goes by queqe system wherein one has has come in the morning 6am for enquiring the delay in getting the passport or for any enquiry.Stand in the queqe for six to eight and get dismissed by the passport officials. Request all the general public to treat these officials in the same way we general public are treated, when these people visit us for reason.

I have submited our Passport No:HYD-h[protected] and My Mrs No:HYD-h[protected]on[protected] Police verification over about I have received from police department that report submited by them undrer reference No:171-IP-VC-SB-CYB-2011 on 17-3-11 to the passport office. But their site showing on 9-4-11 police report not yet received uptodated 5-4-11. Henmce I request you Please cheque up intimate the position by mail to me and to see Our Passports are sent to us at an early date without further delay.

im B.venaktesh reddy file no Z055045 have applied for passport on[protected], police verification completed in october and my passport status remained as "it is regret to inform that your passport has been delayed and now will be dispatched by week time".the same status was there for more than a month and recently, it is updated to "your application has sent to policy section please see the pro".i went to passport and met APO on[protected], the officer asked a few questions and assured me that passport will be dispatched in 10 days .I have GRE exam on[protected].ihave already postponed my GRE twice, so i request the concerned officer to do favour by sending my passport as early as possibe.

I have applied for a new passport file number (Hyda[protected], on 17/03/2011 and data of delivery was on 24/03/2011 but still I could not find my status through online.

When I have approached the enquiry counter on 31/03/2011 they informed that it will take one more week to update and when I have again approached it on 08/04/2011 they asked me to visit DPO and he checked through online and said we have to check your application so come on Monday (11/04/2011), when I have visited the DPO on Monday he simply said my application was missing and one of his colleague who was sitting in front of him was very rude in his words and said we are not responsibility for the application missing got to AH section.

When I went to the AH section the person whom I have to meet he asked me to wait and after 15 minutes he simply said your file is not with us we cannot do any thing and suggested me to go and ask the DPO again we I went to the DPO cabin the person who was sitting in front of the DPO pushed me and said its not our responsibility to find your application go to the below counter where you have submitted your application and meet the officer and ask him, when I went to meet the officer he simply said don’t ask me I am not responsible person for this go and meet the AH section concern person and ask him.

The AH concern person said don’t ask me go and meet the DPO for further clarification don’t come to me, again I went to the DPO cabin the person who was sitting in front of the DPO was using very rash words and very rude to the people standing and he said we cannot do any thing you have to wait till the application finds.

I asked him when should I come again he said he don’t know, then I asked him how do I come to know that you found my application, he simply said you have visit the passport office regularly then the DPO asked me to meet AH section super ten dent when I went to AH section he left the office and one of his colleague said come tomorrow by 9.30 am you can meet him.

Sir I personally request you to please do the needful I have to fly to USA by end of this month; my company is giving me a lot of pressure about the passport.

Hello Sir,

I have applied fresh passport on 10th of jan 2011 and police verification completed on 5th of
march 2011. Still my status is showing as police report has not been recieved. i went to police, they told we have alredy send.
i went to regional passport office they told every thing is clear we will send in 10 days but not yet recieved.i want urgent.

I guess this forum is not being looked after... there are more than 5000 applicants who have applied for Passport in NOvember 2010 and are still waiting for their passports... The ststus keeps changing every week... and then starts repearting by the first status after 4 weeks or so...

Right now I have "Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order. " Later this will change to something else...

Someone should punish the "Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India". I do not know who or how...

Another great misfortune is that the govt. do not like to check their systems or websites... as it is filled with lazy people... " Grievance<[protected]@nic.in> " does not work any more... It bounces the mail back..."If you guys are wondering what it is.. It the Grievance link on the left hand bottom in the website..

How can this be brought to justice...

I J.Selvin Cephus applied passport on[protected] and police enquiry has completed n all reports r cleared n s and despatched on 28.2.11 as per their record S.B.No.RNH 103759 & OUTWARD NO.366, when i saw my online status the msg given is "Police verification is incomplete and is under process'. Subject to all documents being in order" but till now i didnt get passport sir. It is very urgent for me to get passport since i should write my GRE exam on july'10, as u know tat students r not allowed for exam in absence of passport please understand my problem n despatch as soon as possible sir and their is no oppurtunity for me to cancel the slot also bcoz before 10 days of exam only we can cancel slot now i dnt have tat option too... so plz try as soon as possible sir...My details are "File Reference Number : HYD-H[protected]". hoping for ur reply as soon as possible my email is [protected]@yahoo.com

Its been almost 6 months i have applied for the passport. As if now the status is showing " it is to regret for delay, passport will be dispatch in a week time". Since from a month this status hasnt changed. Dont know when this week will come. I request passport authority members to look into this matter and dispatch my passport as early as possible. I vanaja koneti applied passport on[protected] and police enquiry has completed. when i saw my online status the msg given is that one year proof or residence required. so i submitted thahasildar certificate. "File Reference Number : HYD-H[protected]". hoping you will send my passport immdtly.

I applied for a new passport vide file no A013838 on Feb 25 2011 police enquiry was done on Apr 15 2011.When i inquired about my passport they told that your police report sent to regional passport office. But my passport has not been issued till date. Attempts to the passport authorities over phone failed
The passport official websites states : Police report “ POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN
RECEIVED “

I request passport authorities to issue my passport at the earliest

As per the requirement i have submitted duly filled application but still the status is same as the above
