I want to bring to you kind notice that my orignal certificate along with orignal receipt has been missplaced. Kinldy convey if i should send you the copy of my voter ID, ration card, driving licence or pan card to claim maturity value of Rs. 1040/- . You may like to suggest any further procedure to claim the amount.
