Someone using philips name and cheating

Someone using philips name and cheating the customers. I got a message from TD-PHILIPS (No Number) to my mobile number [protected] as you are selected as a winner of DVD Player from Philips Electronics, for more details login www.diwaligift.org, last date 07/11/2010. They sent it to me on 04/11/2010. When i registered they said you no need to pay any money for it on future. After that they sent a message from BL-PHILIPS as your name and address has been registered successfully. For your conform delivery information please login www.philipsofindia.com. When i entered that site they asking me to deposit Rs.440 as consumer service tax. They given a account number [protected] in a name Swapan Roy, bank as State Bank of India and suddenly changed the account number and name as [protected] sanjay saha, bank as State Bank of India. I got a doubt and called to philips customer care. They said me that they did not gave any offer regarding it. They given their fax number as [protected]. So i request you to please take a action against them for not cheating any persons on future.

Same thing happened to me . I got a message from TD-PHILIPS (No Number) to my mobile number [protected] as you are selected as a winner of DVD Player from Philips Electronics, for more details login www.philipsofindia.com, last date 10/11/2010. When I logged in they asked my address, name & Phone no then they sent mail that confirm address delivery and after confimation they informed me that I have to pay Rs.440/- as consumer service tax that to before 3:30PM at SBI and to deposit this amount to Swapan Das A/c no.[protected] and saying that he is one of senior executive from Kolkata branch office. After paying they said fax the deposit receipt to fax no.[protected]. I tried to contact them, there is no reply.

I think using this technique that fellow would have earned lots of money, please put case against this fellow or fraud group and get our money back which has already deposited to his a/c.

Philips DVD — not working

i was purchase DVD but DVD not work when i checked home.
i had complaint in Phillips center but no reply last 1 month still i not receive any communication call or MSG by company.
