Philips — No Installation even after 10 days of buying the product !! | |||
To Whom so ever it may concern, We bought a Philips home theater system ( Model : HTS : 5530 ) from Sheetal appliances Ghaziabad on 22.10.11. We then called the customer care no i.e [protected] to request the installation ( REFERENCE NUMBER : 693434 )of the same and we were advised that a technician would visit and install the product and give us the demo. On 25th October 2011 , a technician from Hi-Tech Service Center called us at around 3:00 PM saying that he is in Gandhi Nagar and would reach our home in no more than 30 minutes. Being a festive evening, we kept waiting for him for all that evening and called him on the same number that he called us from but he neither picked up the call or came for installation. Since then we have been calling the customer care number but there has been no resolution our problem. And now the customer care executives know me by name and now when I call them they put me on hold for infinite time and then they disconnect the call. Is buying a PHILIPS product a sin and are we being punished for the same !!!! If the company can’t even install the product the product than what after sales services can one expect from them !!! Today I took an off from my office to get this problem resolved but it doesn’t seem like getting solved ever !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
