[Resolved] Philips / Food Processor (Ml 1659) — Leakage of jar
I had purchased Philips food processor model no ML 1659 from United Electronics,MP Nagar Bhopal on 02 Nov 2010. within few days of purchase the big jar started leaking from bottom. I approched the seller for complaint for which he said that approach the service centre for complaints. After a great survey the service centre was located. The service centre checked the jar, opened the repair card and told me to come in the evening. In the evening when I approached they told the replacement of this jar will come from Indore as it is under warranty, so contact after 10-15 days. When I called up after 15 days they told me that your replacement has come pl come and collect. I went to collect the replacement. they told me that no replacement can be given and you have been misguided. After so much of harassment no action has been taken by the service centre of the company. The jar is with the service centre at 6 Malaviya Nagar, Bhopal (MP)-462001. I have the repair/job card and the details of calls...Please take necessary action against the service centre.. Lt Col L C Dagar Indian Army Was this information helpful?
