Philips — Water purifier is not working

Bought philips water purifier last year at Hypercity mall(down stairs to Inorbit mall), Madapur, Hyderabad.

It was installed at the address Flat:510, Eenadu Homes, Block-2, Nizampet Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500074.

After installation, it worked fine for some days and stopped functioning from last 6 months. We need immediate assistance to this.
