Philips India — non receipt of spare parts ordered 4 months ago after making fifty percent payment towards cost of spares | |||
I have paid on7th May 2011 advance amounting fifty percent of the cost of two plastic parts to the authorIsed Phillips service centre, Jayati Enterprise in Vadodara.It is four months and numerous phone calls to the service centre as well as toll free no of Phillips as well as calls to the local rep of Phillips but all negative response and it is frustrating.Soon I will not be able to use the product.It is a grooming kit QG 3190/00. E mails to Phillips also have not helped as all they do is acknowledge the receipt.Please help me to take these people to task.
