[Resolved]  Philips LCD — picture are not clear @ screen is blue start the lcd

i have buy lcd dated on 22-10-11 last few day but my lcd picture is not ciear i had complaint in philips service center my comp-no PDEL[protected] compaint date 25-10-11 but company eng came my home he say lcd is ok but i not agree with him lcd picture are no responce sometime start the lcd or after sometime .request you to look into the matter and do not the needful as .as well as responce contact me mobile no.[protected].
