[Resolved]  Philips Mini Audio System FWD186 — Images will be struck while playing DVD Movies

Dear Sir's/Madam
Hai im Sunil working in KMF (Karnataka Milk Federation) as System Administrator . Recently a week ago i bought a new Philips Mini Audio System model no FWD186. From the day one i could not able to play any of the DVD disks properly. It will be stopped in between, image will not be clear, motion pictures will strucked while playing a brand new DVD disks. Im fed up with this i have called your service center at
