[Resolved] Philips Service Center — Complaint not attended | |||
Hi, I had given a Complaint to the Philips Customer Care on 28th Dec, 2011 via[protected]. 48 hours is the time frame for someone to come and check on the complaint. Even after repeated reminders no one has called nor bothered to inform us on this complaint. It's been 5 days now and Philips has not taken any action on the same. Please look into the same and help.
