[Resolved]  Philips Tv — No demo/No installation

Hello Everyone,

About a week ago i bought couple of Philips LCD TVs from Chroma (TATA group), Bangalore and they promised to install it within 48 hours of delivery and its been almost 4 days since the delivery and no one from philips nor chroma has called for demo/installation. On the contrary, i had to call philips customer services, and they kept saying their technician will come before 6pm today (everyday) and its been 4 days and no one has turned up. Finally, today (saturday 14th May 2011) a technician called and informed he will come and install it today, i hope he turns up and i also hope TV works to its specifications. Guys when u buy these electronic goods from Chroma or philips or ezone, keep following it up with them, otherwise once their product is sold they dont even bother to provide service.
