[Resolved] Philips Tv — No demo/No installation | |||
Hello Everyone, About a week ago i bought couple of Philips LCD TVs from Chroma (TATA group), Bangalore and they promised to install it within 48 hours of delivery and its been almost 4 days since the delivery and no one from philips nor chroma has called for demo/installation. On the contrary, i had to call philips customer services, and they kept saying their technician will come before 6pm today (everyday) and its been 4 days and no one has turned up. Finally, today (saturday 14th May 2011) a technician called and informed he will come and install it today, i hope he turns up and i also hope TV works to its specifications. Guys when u buy these electronic goods from Chroma or philips or ezone, keep following it up with them, otherwise once their product is sold they dont even bother to provide service. thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
