India is filld wid corruption, evryone knows... Above service centre charging a lllllotttt from custemers as if..

We made great mistake in purchasing philips...

Is it fair /?

If any male has gutts to solve dis problm just calll them to[protected] or 2437346

They also made mistake while fixng lot to our tv... They are not ready to chek it also even after we gave complaint that spark is coming in lot wire...

We are disappointed by philips — the name v trustd a llot

I had a similar experience with the same Service Centre. When I went there with my newly bought DSP30U Speakers, one customer, his name was Mr M H Nayak, a person who was on his visit to India from UAE, was already shouting at the reception about poor service. Still I had to leave my item for their inspection. The lady told me that the replacement of IC (which I supplied them myself) would take one day and I can collect the item on the second day. But, I have been calling them again and again since three days and nobody has attended my item left with them. The receptionist transfers the call to a male person who always says that the technician is not available at the moment. Though the time they have mentioned on board as 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 6.30, you hardly find any technician in the premises. It appears that some part time technician or an out-sourced person is attending to customer complaints. This must be the reason for heavy charges. Why the company is silent about this flaw?
