Non delivery even after 3 hours of waiting and umpteen no of calls to not only the Pizza Hut Delivery office in RT Nagar,[protected] and the delivery executive on [protected]; The order for Pizza for breaking fast was placed and confirmed at 5.14pm, and was confirmed to deliver pizza within 30 minutes.Last call made from my mobile to delivery boy is at 7.19 pm to track the order. Again checked with the PHD at 8.04pm, was told that they will deliver immediately, in the background, i could hear the executive telling in kannada that he was not guided properly which is not true as i have called him no of times from my mobile to give him landmarks in kannada language that he was conversing, given that we have got delivery maybe more than 3 dozen times on the same address and landmarks.
At 8.20 pm i recieve a call from PHD RT nagar to confirm pizza, that it is on way, and that i need to pay up for the delivery, leave alone any sort of apology!! i mentioned that it was very pathetic service and no customer service followed despite repeated calls and complaint and i will not pay for such poor service. Neither anybody called back after that nor the delivery of the so called confirmation of pizza!! It will be great if such so called MNC franchisee uphold the quality of service to customers for sustained customer loyalty that they would have done in their base country of origin!! and cancel services to such poor quality service oriented franchisee!! Sincerely hope feedback helps in driving home the message that customers deserve better qualitative service, that they improvise their service standards and for all other customers in future at least; Was this information helpful? |
