[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Non delivery of order | |||
Hello, PIZZA HUT- Please Please for god sake get some trained delivery boys and management for Alaknanda branch. Really pissed off from the incident happened on Sunday, 26th May. I ordered Pizza around 8:15 PM, got a call from delivery boy at 9 PM that he is not able to find my address. I guided him for very long but he was not willing to come at my place. He instead was arguing with me. I called to the call center again and was informed that Pizza will be delivered by 9:10 PM. Waited till 9:15 PM, called delivery boy and found that he has left without delivering. Was really pissed off, called call center again. Theys said I will get a Pizzza by 9:45 PM and manager will call me back. I didn't got any pizza later. And no one even bothered to call me back :( Please be informed that I am a regular customer of Dominos as well as Pizza Hut. I get the order delivered with ease. However, if they behave like this, I don't think that I will order again from same store :( Please take some action against all such people who cheated me. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered Pizza on 3-5-14 at 21:14 & followed up till 23:05 but could not get delivery. The executive at call centre expressed sorry for non delivery & promised that I am entitled for free of cost of my order any time tomorrow.
Today I re-ordered at 09:46 AM, as advised by Pizza Hut executive yesterday, FOLLOWED UP TILL 11:29 AM REGULARLY BUT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN MADE, TILL AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS EMAIL.
Is it the way Pizza Hut maintains its promise to deliver in 30 minutes . My order has not been delivered, even after more than 12 hrs. Your team responsible for the lapse must be punished & sorry expressed in writing to me & off course I deserve my order of pizza be sent Free of cost to me at the earliest.

I have placed an order for Med BP Chicken Mexicano at 2:40 pm. I even received a sms at 2:51 pm stating that my pizza will be delivered shortly. It is 3:16 pm now. I called up your Nerul( Navi Mumbai) outlet only to be told that the pizza got delivered to Vashi instead of Nerul & that I have to give FRESH ORDER ONCE AGAIN.I then asked to speak to the Manager who did not come to the call even post 10 mins of waiting. The person then said that he would arrange to give me a call back. I am still waiting to hear from your end. Is this called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This Is with reference to the order placed by me at 20.40 on 20th March 2015
Please note that we kept waiting for our order 11.45 and still we didnt get the delivery of our order. Now the detail is as under :
we placed the order at 8.40 p.m. on 20th March 2015 thru mobile app and got you confirmation email at 8.41 p.m.. Our address is E-79, New Saraswati Apt...Since there is no option to select New Saraswati apts, so i selected Saraswati Apt in address and in nearby place i mentioned New Saraswati...at 8.57 p.m. i called up pizza hut customer care and informed them to confirm about this address confusion and i was told not to worry as delivery man would call me if he faces any confusion...in the meantime my son was tracking the order in the mobile app and around 9.10 p.m. it stated that order was on way...when we didnt receive the order till 9.30, i called up customer care and they told that there was problem in the systems and order will reach in 10 mts. when i didnt receive in another 20 mts i called again and i was again told the same and when i insisted more they said that ok they will try to track the order..after 5 mts at 9.56 p.m. i got a call from pizzahut branch from mobile number [protected] and i was told that sorry for the delay but due to some technical fault they didnt actually get the order and he assured that he will release the order and get it delivered immediately...after 15 mts i called back on this same mobile number and he didnt recieve my calls..i tried calling him again and again but he didnt pick...i waited for 25 mts and then i called up customer care again and i was told that it has been despatched and that i will get in next 10-15 mts..and after that i kept calling after every 10 mts and i was told the same...my kids one aged 7 and second aged 2 waited till 11.45 p.m. as they were quite excited about the pizza...and finally had to eat maggie and sleep...
it was really a very pathetic experience...i fealt as i have been harrassed unneccessary...it was least expected from such a big chain as pizza hut...our whole evening plan was spoilt...
i really want a compensation for this harrasment caused to me and my family..and that should not just limit to giving my order the next time free of cost...please think of something more than that as i am definitely going to consumer court for whatever that has happened...
