Plat5 ke dwara Rs.4964/- ka trasacation mujhe gumrah karke karwaya gaya tha jiski complent mere dwara aapke kaphi executive koi ki gai hai lekin abhi hdfc bank dwara same amount credit nahi kiya hai kinldy do the needfull otherwise kisi bhi prakar ka koi amount dr hota hai to aap jimedar hogi

They called me number of times and they said we are calling from behalf of HDFC bank. We are providing a card that can save 25% money of any purchasing items and they started the IVR. I given my details finally I got the message from HDFC bank 4964 rupess transfered to Plat 5 consultancy. I tried the phone number, it seems it is not valid extension.

I was reading few of the comments over here on this page and was quite surprised to see the complaints against plat5 because I personally am availing the services of privilege holiday program and touchwood I have not encountered any such problems, , , Also, I was clearly informed of the terms and conditions along with the price of the offer.. In fact, I have found their services convenient and friendly because every time I have requested them for any sort of service whether related to my booking related to my air ticket or hotel reservation, they have always responded in a healthy manner. Thanks to plat5 for their customer friendly services.

I, too, received a call from Plat5 privilege holiday offer team. Am surprised to see such complaints against the company since was informed of the billing procedure and the amount. Earlier, I thought that I am a victim of scam when I heard complaints against the company but later when I did not find any inconvenience regarding their services I got assured that the company is as true as its services. I had a wonderful stay at Nainital along with my Family. Also, the money saver card is being used by my family for availing discounts on daily household expenses. This, definitely, helped me save at least double the amount I spent initially. Hoping to be a part of Plat5’s offer again.
